HOUSEFULL 2 MOVIE REVIEW

Chintu Kapoor (Rishi Kapoor) and Daboo Kapoor (Randhir Kapoor) are step-brothers who do not see eye to eye. Even their daughters, Heena (Asin) and Bobby (Jacqueline Fernandez), love to hate each other. The step-brothers, who are involved in a game of one-upmanship, decided to get their respective daughters married to the richest person in London.

The step-brothers hire a marriage counselor, Aakhri Pasta (Chunky Pandey), to find them suitably rich bridegrooms.  Pasta takes Jai (Shreyas Talpade) father’s to Chitu Kapoor. But Chintu Kapoor insults Jai’s father and the latter lands up in the hospital. Jai decides to get back at Chintuji. Aiding him in this is his friend Jolly (Ritesh Deshmukh), the son of a well-known rich person JD (Mithun Chakraborty).Jolly Wanted to introduce Jello to his father but JD was a man of his words,as he promised his childhood best friend Batuk about Jolly's & Parul's Wedding.

To exact revenge, Jai and Jolly enlist the help of Max (John Abraham), their former good-for-nothing college mate. They plan to send Max into Chintu Kapoor’s house as Jolly, son of JD, in order to propose marriage to Chintu’s daughter and, then, to dupe him. Max, a street-smart thief, is more than happy to do their bidding for a fee. But when Max lands up in Daboo Kapoor’s house by mistake, Jai and Jolly have to bring in another former college mate, Sunny (Akshay Kumar), to pose as Jolly for Chintu Kapoor’s family.

Eventually, both Chintu Kapoor and Daboo Kapoor accept Jolly (that is, Sunny and Max) as their to-be son-in-laws.Heena & Bobby both have to attend a award function for their work in favour of animal at a cruise.Akshay & John were Best Buddies at their College times but becomes enemy at the farewell party due to a misunderstanding.Now Akhsay & Asin Plans to Tackle Bobby to make her absent from award function & the there John & Jacquelin Plans the same for Asin.While proceeding sunny & max found each other,places their napkin with chloroform over each other...All four of them are fainted now on a small boat attached in that cruise,now the boat dettaches from the cruise & they move to a unknown Island.When Four of them gets their conciousness back,they found themselves with their enemy,Akshay & John Changing hands & finally destorys the boat.In Search of Food,Akhsay & John fights & then they became friends & finally discovers a resort on the other side of the island.On the other end,Bobby & Heena becomes a friend.Four them spend some times in that Island & Fall in Love.Coming Back from the Island Rishi & Randhir announces the ring ceremony of their daughter with Akshay & John respectively.Jolly warns sunny,max & jai about JD who was a Outlaw at his early times in gangapur of Maharshtra.Jolly Wants to hide this confusion from his father,but this confusion reaches out him & a usual drama occurs.Finally movie ends with a haapy ending.

Star Performances

Akshay Kumar was awesome with his role,genius with his acting,goood to see him back in his natural instinct.Full marks to him because he was the one was able to bring smile on every audience lips.Ritesh was fine too.Once again,John was failing in his acting except in fight scenes.Shazahn was poor in her Part.Jacquelin was average.This time Boman has not delivered upto his mark.A big Sorry for Randhir Kapoor.Asin was good.Shreyas was more than acceptable.Zarine's appearance was adorable but coming to her acting it was not ok.Johny,Chunky,Mithun, & rest of them were good in their performances.Ranjeet, Suparna Marwah, Neelu Kohli, Virendra Saxena,and others offer good support.

Sajid Khan delivers on his promise of an entertaining package. Although he could have made the drama sharper, and hence, more entertaining.Music of the Film is good. 

Watch or Not: Recommended

Verdict: Certainly a Good entertainer for this week,far much better than HOUSEFULL.Akshay Kumar in this movie is worth watching.A Good Comedy but many of its punches are known.Though Story is Not New,some may likes it & may sound corny to many,

Still its a Thumbs Up to Housefull 2.
